Depending on the service and processing activity, a provider may act as our processor or subprocessor, or may process certain information under its own legal responsibilities.

Current Material Providers
Service: Application, PostgreSQL database and object storage hosting.
Processing location: Primary workload region: EU West (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Railway also performs processing operations in the United States.
Transfer mechanism: Adequacy where applicable; EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted transfers, as applicable.
Service: Transactional email delivery.
Processing location: United States.
Transfer mechanism: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Service: Google Workspace business email and related communication services.
Processing location: Global; Customer Data may be processed where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities.
Transfer mechanism: Adequacy decisions, applicable alternative transfer solutions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Service: Subscription payments and billing.
Processing location: EEA and other jurisdictions used by Stripe and its affiliates or subprocessors.
Transfer mechanism: Applicable adequacy mechanisms, Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Service: Processing and transmission of billing and invoicing data between connected payment and invoicing accounts.
Role: Processor.
Processing location: European Economic Area. The provider's current DPA describes its database and listed subprocessor infrastructure as operating in the EU, including Frankfurt.
Transfer mechanism: EEA processing; where a restricted international transfer occurs through a subprocessor, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Service: Invoice generation and invoicing services.
Processing location: European Union / European Economic Area.
Transfer mechanism: EEA processing infrastructure.
International Transfers
Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area and an appropriate safeguard is required, we use a lawful transfer mechanism such as an applicable adequacy decision or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
