How does the Pro trial work?
Eligible suppliers can start a 60-day Pro trial after publishing their supplier profile. No payment details are required, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Starting the 60-day Pro trial does not require payment details.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pro access ends and your organization returns to the Free plan unless you choose a paid Pro subscription.
Is there automatic paid renewal after the trial?
No. The trial does not create a paid subscription automatically.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. The organization owner can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time through the Pricing page.
Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?
Yes. Pro is available for €59/month or €590/year.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can manage or cancel your paid Pro subscription through the billing portal. Your organization returns to the Free plan when the paid subscription ends.
What does Team workspace allow?
Pro lets you invite up to four additional teammates, for a total of five users in the organization.
Is Pro meant for small suppliers or growing teams?
Both. Pro is designed for suppliers that want stronger marketplace visibility, deeper performance insight, a richer public presence, or a shared team workspace.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not issued automatically. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing issue, contact us and we will review the case in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Do I need a published supplier profile to subscribe to Pro?
No. You can subscribe to paid Pro while setting up your supplier profile. A published profile is required before marketplace visibility features can take effect, and before the 60-day Pro trial can be started.
What is included in Advanced analytics?
Pro adds 30-, 90- and 365-day reporting, previous-period comparisons, lead-source insights, inquiry conversion metrics and project response performance.
What can I add to the Supplier showcase?
Pro suppliers can add case studies and certifications to strengthen their public company profile.
