Last updated: September 24, 2026 · Effective from: September 29, 2026This Notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies to business contact information used for external B2B outreach.
Controller: Szita Dániel e.v.
1. Why We May Contact Your Business
We may identify businesses that appear reasonably relevant to Industrial Automation Marketplace and contact them about:
- joining the Marketplace;
- Supplier or Buyer participation;
- relevant Marketplace functionality; or
- potential B2B collaboration.
The Service and this outreach are intended for business and professional purposes only.
2. Data We Use and Where It Comes From
Depending on the circumstances, we may process:
- company name and website;
- country and business sector;
- business email address;
- professional name or role where lawfully used;
- public business contact information;
- outreach and follow-up status;
- responses to our communication; and
- opt-out or objection status.
Information may come from the business's own website, public professional or corporate sources, information supplied directly by the business, or other lawful public business sources.
Where personal data is obtained indirectly, we provide the transparency information required by applicable data-protection law within the applicable period, including at or before the first communication where required.
3. Legal Basis and Electronic Marketing
Where business contact information constitutes personal data, we process it only where an appropriate legal basis is available.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include our legitimate interests in introducing a relevant B2B marketplace to businesses that could reasonably benefit from the Service.
A lawful basis under data-protection law does not automatically authorize an electronic marketing communication.
We therefore send electronic business outreach only where the advertising, electronic communications and other rules applicable to the relevant recipient and jurisdiction permit it.
5. Your Rights and Opt-Out
Where the information constitutes personal data, you may have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection, subject to applicable conditions.
You may object at any time to processing of your personal data for direct marketing.
If a valid direct-marketing objection applies, we will stop using the relevant personal data for that marketing purpose.
You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
